New 3.3 release features AJAX technology
The recently released PowerPAC? 3.3 boasts a number of features designed to make life easier for librarians and patrons alike. Using Asynchronous JavaScript and XML (AJAX) technology, it creates an "expanding page," which eliminates pop-up windows. When patrons perform a search, they can delve deeper into the search results without leaving the initial results page.
