SiteScan Advanced
Take advantage of our powerful new network monitoring, reporting and troubleshooting service. Like our traditional SiteScan product, SiteScan Advanced can provide monitoring of critical software services and system health. Whereas SiteScan is limited to Polaris servers, SiteScan Advanced extends similar capabilities to other servers on the library’s network, including email servers, web servers, domain controllers, and other servers the library wishes to monitor. In addition, monitoring can be extended to most of the network fabric, including switches, routers, and firewalls. Monitoring is possible for any device that supports SNMP (Simple Network Management Protocol).
SiteScan Advanced is available at three different levels to support libraries’ budgets and specific needs.
